There are numerous customization options for the Sub Menu located under Header -> Sub Menu in the WordPress customizer.
Sub Menu Animation (Pro Only)
The sub menu fades in on hover by default. Pro Add-On users can change the animation effect and determine a duration for the hover effect in miliseconds.
